Shipping and Returns

Standard delivery takes between 3-5 days (Monday-Saturday).Orders placed after 6pm will be ship the next business day. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders however this may vary at times. You will see your projected delivery time during the checkout or in your order confirmation. Products will only be sent to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

Should our stock levels be incorrect and an item from your order is out of stock, we will email you to offer a refund for the item or the opportunity to replace it for another of the same value.

Import Duty

If we are delivering to an address outside the United Kingdom or the European Union you may be liable to pay import duties, and/or additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and hence we are unable to cover this if so. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

If you prevent delivery of the goods by, (for example) failing to supply the courier or your local customs office with necessary information, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees, your package will be returned. A refund will be credited within 10 days, minus any additional delivery charges incurred for returning the product.

Cancelling Orders

 After submitting an order and receiving email confirmation of its receipt, you can still cancel your order providing you have not received an email notifying you it has been dispatched. Please send an email to info@lyoly.com with ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the subject line.

Be sure all relevant details in the cancellation email, including:

Your name.
Products ordered.
Your order number.
Your address and contact telephone number.

If you have already received an email notifying you of the dispatch of your order, you will need to wait until you have received your order, and then return it to us.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. After the 14 day period, we will accept returns for faulty items only. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Returns can take 8-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your bank.

Please complete the provided returns form and included it in the return package. Please allow at least 2 weeks from when your return is delivered to the UK for your return to be processed. Returns are generally processed between 8-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

We will usually ship online sales orders within 3 days of the transaction, using an unsigned 48 hour service with Royal Mail in the UK and a Global courier for Europe and the rest of the world. Customers will receive a dispatch notification when their orders have been sent. Should any complications arise, the customer will be informed of any delays.
