Delivery is 24hours within Accra and 72 hours for locations outside Accra. Delivery time could be longer if the location is route and not easily accessible by road. 3-5 working days for order within the continent.

EXCHANGE

An exchange will be offered on same item in a different size or colour, not a completely different item. You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to return an item to us for an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

REFUND

A full refund will be issued on items purchased provided they are returned within 48hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. All purchases are refunded via your original method of payment and you will be notified by email of the refund once this has been processed by our Returns Department.
